4. Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 7 days on unopened, non-perishable items with an original receipt.
- No returns on alcohol, tobacco, food stamps purchases, clearance items, or opened perishables.
- We may refuse a return if the product is damaged or tampered with.
5. Promotions & Offers
- Promotional discounts and offers are valid only during specified dates and while supplies last.
- Offers may not be combined unless stated otherwise.

6. Customer Conduct
- Disruptive, disrespectful, or unlawful behavior may result in being asked to leave the store.
- Shoplifting or fraud will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
- Security footage may be used to resolve disputes or provide evidence in legal matters.

- Supermarket & Liquor is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from misuse of products purchased in-store.
- Customers are responsible for following all product use warnings and labels.
